No cancellation fee, ever — cancel anytime

You can cancel your tour at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee — even on the day of your tour. There is no minimum notice required.

How to Cancel

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or email (the same contact details used on our website) and let us know you'd like to cancel your booking.
  2. We confirm your cancellation right away — you'll know it's been received, no waiting in the dark.
  3. We process your refund via international transfer to the card or account used for payment, typically within 5–10 business days.

Weather & Park Closures

Our tours run rain or shine, and ponchos are provided for everyone in your group. In the rare case that weather is severe enough to significantly affect the experience, or if park authorities close access to the falls, you can choose between a full refund or rescheduling your tour — whichever works best for you.

Our Guarantee to You

In the rare instance that IguaGo doesn't deliver as promised — for example, your guide or driver not arriving — we provide a full refund of your tour price, no questions asked. Full details are available in our Terms & Conditions.
