When you book a tour or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, email address, phone number, hotel or pickup location, and your message or booking details.

Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor — we do not store your card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to process your booking, coordinate your tour (guide, vehicle, pickup), and communicate with you before and after your tour. We do not sell your information to anyone.

4. Who We Share It With

We share your information only with the parties necessary to deliver your tour: our payment processor (to complete your transaction), and our guides and drivers (your name, hotel, and tour details, so they can find and assist you).

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser settings or available opt-out tools.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information (such as name, email, and booking details) for at least one year in our system. After that period, your information is deleted.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, simply message us on WhatsApp or email — the same contact details available throughout our website — and we will handle your request directly.

If we update this policy, the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page will change. We recommend checking back occasionally if you have concerns about how your data is handled.
